Six Sigma is more than training and more than Black Belts running projects. An effective Six Sigma initiative requires an effective Six Sigma governance program. Our consultants work with our clients’ to develop a governance program and infrastructure that is unique for each client, and ensures that your program has effective Leadership, Change Management, recognition and compensation, resource selection and utilization and communication components.

One segment of STAT-A-MATRIX’s consulting methodology is the assistance provided to senior executives in selecting improvement projects that have a direct impact on the organization’s strategic goals. The charts below demonstrate STAT-A-MATRIX’s project selection process.

Typically, this process is applied in executive workshops facilitated by one of our Master Black Belts. Tools such as multivoting, affinity diagrams, tree diagrams, and data plots are used throughout. The STAT-A-MATRIX Master Black Belt also assists the organization in preparing for the workshop in order to ensure optimum efficiency.

STAT-A-MATRIX Black Belts and Master Black Belts are available for management coaching and mentoring at any phase of the Six Sigma implementation cycle. Also, between the formal training sessions involved in developing your organization's Champions, Black Belts, and Green Belts, SAM Black Belts are available for on-site coaching and assistance in completing Six Sigma projects, or to assist the organization's project Champions in selecting, reviewing, and evaluating projects.

STAT-A-MATRIX Master Black Belts can also help develop your organization's Black Belts into Master Black Belts. We can then qualify them to train your Black Belts, Green Belts, and Champions, and license you to use STAT-A-MATRIX training materials. SAM's unique Rent-A-Black-Belt process can help organizations with limited resources by placing trained Master Black Belts and Black Belts on-site to manage Six Sigma improvement projects.
